Sugary Drinks Increase The Risk Of Heart Disease

Studies have shown that a dietary sugar, dextrose, and high fructose foods may increase the risk of cardiovascular disease and metabolic syndrome.

Also sugary drinks are likely to cause obesity, diabetes, weight gain and other health issues, in children. Drinking water is a better option for hydrating the body than sugary drinks.
They are best enjoyed in moderation, as an occasional treat. We can use fruits instead, even to sweeten our foods and drinks.

Other dangerous effect of sugary drinks includes;

  • Sugar addiction
  • Risk of pancreatic cancer
  • Tooth decay
